AUTUMN GLOW WEEKEND
IRELAND
18th to 20th September, 2026
It's finally here! The first retreat in Ireland is happening this September at our beautifully restored eighteenth century rectory. This will be an opportunity to take advantage of the Autumnal tones and the last of the warmer weather in Ireland's sunny South East. The summer is over and we will be entering that slower time of year when a shift happens. Let's embrace that together with CANTA's signature blend of nourishing, gentle yoga and pilates, sublime sound experiences, getting outdoors in nature, ambling, chatting, resting and maybe even taking a dip in the natural pool (it's warmer than the sea, I promise!)
Reserve your spot by making a deposit payment below.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
The retreat venue is just over an hour drive south of Dublin, on the border of Wicklow and Wexford. A transfer will be arranged for guests arriving from Dublin airport or you are welcome to drive and park at the venue. There is also a bus and a train to Arklow and Gorey which are both ten minutes away.
From the minute you arrive, you won't need to think about a thing. At CANTA we keep our groups small so we can make sure to really take care of you and create a group dynamic where everyone feels at ease.
The carefully curated programme is designed to create a balance of nourishing, gentle movement, connection with nature, sensory experiences and plenty of time to relax and just be. This weekend will be an opportunity to unwind and take some time out just for you.
OUR RETREAT HOME
We will be staying at a listed building which began it's story as a Rectory built in the 1800s. I have spent the last three years restoring and bringing the building back from a derelict state and it has been quite a journey! It consists of the main period house, where there is accommodation, dining and living spaces to chill, as well as the lovely old stone outbuildings which house the studio space and more accommodation. The venue is completely sustainable with water from its own well, and all it's power and heat generated by geothermal and solar. It sits on three acres of land with woodland at the rear and views to the sea at the front and with a natural pool entirely filtered by plants waiting for you to jump in.
